Pedro Ramirez is part of the “Cafe Colis Resistencia” group, a collective of small producers striving to improve their practices and coffee quality in order to reach the specialty coffee market. By collaborating with visionary importers (Semilla) who support their development despite uncertainties, these producers are given the opportunity to evolve in all stages of their production. This coffee is the culmination of this responsible supply chain.
